“I can not teach anybody anything, I can only make them think”, was the philosophical statement of Socrates, as he worked to inspire others in Athens, including his most famous student, Plato. 

The nine lessons that I will be sharing in my new course this year, delve into the teachings from the mystery schools of ancient Egypt and Greece. The purpose of this course is to join me for a series of thought-provoking conversations, like philosophers and seekers have done throughout the ages. I’ve spent this lifetime and others engaged in conversations such as these.

Some call me a teacher. I like to say I do not teach, rather I help souls remember who they are. This knowledge is timeless and universal and each person retains this information deep within their soul where they hold the key.

When a person is ready to release this wisdom and remember who they are and why they are here, they do so. For some people, the way to take this journey is through the mystery schools with a guide. If I may be of some service in this capacity along this journey, I am pleased to do so with these teachings.

In ancient times, mystery schools were well attended in Egypt and Greece. One of the most famous was the temple at Delphi, with the esoteric axiom inscribed above the temple door – Man Know Thyself. This was a reminder to those who entered the temple, of the first lessons each student strived to answer – Who Am I and Why Am I Here?

Over the next nine months of this year, we will endeavor to answer these questions and others, as we explore your spirit. The process takes time to go within and by the end of nine months, the hope is that we will give birth to a new part of ourselves with greater wisdom and understanding.

By joining this course, you are becoming a student of what are called esoteric wisdom teachings from a mystery school.

The goal of a mystery school is to present the core concepts of universal wisdom. The teacher can be viewed as a gardener, planting seeds of knowledge in the mind of the burgeoning student. The student then contemplates and cultivates these thoughts so that the seeds grow and yield fruit.

This is referred to as turning knowledge into wisdom, moving from information gathering into action by applying what has been learned into daily life. As the student begins the process of knowing (gnosis), and awakening, each step leads further inward, gaining momentum along the way leading into a rebirth of the soul, which alters the person on all levels.

This is how the teachings grow, rather than you absorbing them, they take root and absorb into you, forever changing who you are and how you view the world. Rather than you controlling the garden, you become the garden.

The essence of the mystery school is the temple, which is created through the aura, and leads into the heart, mind and soul, connecting you with the spiritual planes.  As each student endeavors to answer, Who Am I and Why Am I Here, the wisdom teaching referred to as “As Above, So Below” is understood. This teaching explains that…When We Activate Our Consciousness, We Become Magical Beings and Can Harness This Energy!

This year for the first time, I will be teaching the esoteric wisdom teachings, that previously I only taught in my school directly to students who attended the mystery school.

This course runs for nine months, meeting monthly via Zoom. This is the deepest course that I teach.
